We operate an e-shop on the website www.inexpress.cz.

For providing our services, selling goods, and operating our website, we process certain personal data.

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form

 

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact information, which you provide to us, primarily through the inquiry form. This includes: email address and phone number.

    

For what purpose?

We will use these contact details to communicate with you further regarding goods and services.

 

On what legal basis?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – the performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request, to enter into a contract.

 

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.

 

B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

 

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you provide to us. This includes mainly billing details: name, address, email address, and phone number.

 

For what purpose?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract - to supply our goods or services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, possible complaints, or your inquiries.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints and other matters).

 

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – the performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

 

How long will we process personal data?

During the term of our service provision and for 5 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

 

 C. Newsletters (business communications)

If you are a customer and have not opted out during the purchase, we will use your email address for sending our newsletters.

 

On what legal basis?

It is allowed by § 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, if you have not objected during the purchase.

 

How long will we process personal data?

For 5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or contact us at info@inexpress.cz.

 

II. Who will access the data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other individuals work for us and access the data because they help us run our e-shop. They are:

The operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Entry 25 395). Companies involved in goods delivery (DHL, PPL, Česká pošta, Zásilkovna, DPD). Personal data is processed only within the territory of the European Union.

 

III. What else you should know We do not have a Data Protection Officer in our company.
